My philosophy of psychological treatment is based upon an empathic and compassionate therapeutic rapport which I consider the primary vehicle to interpersonal understanding, change and healing. I want clients to feel safe and secure in our therapeutic work, thus cultivating an environment that will provide the foundation for rich and meaningful change on the path towards emotional health.
Central to my work is the idea that all clients have and can further develop special skills, strengths, and abilities to relieve them of discomfort or dysfunction in their lives.
