About Me
It is paramount to choose a psychologist with whom you feel comfortable and safe; someone who will walk with you on the path of your life and open new doors too difficult to open alone.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
My philosophy of psychological treatment is based upon an empathic and compassionate therapeutic rapport which I consider the primary vehicle to interpersonal understanding, change and healing.  I want clients to feel safe and secure in our therapeutic work, thus cultivating an environment that will provide the foundation for rich and meaningful change on the path towards emotional health.

I utilize a multi-modal approach grounded in psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioral technique. Central to my work is the idea that all clients have and can further develop special skills, strengths, and abilities to relieve them of discomfort or dysfunction in their lives.

I completed my graduate studies at Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology, and currently serve on the medical staff of Moss Rehab at Doylestown Hospital and the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network.  I have had a broad range of clinical experience including:  The Joseph J. Peters Institute, The Center for Cognitive Therapy, Villanova University Counseling Center, and Bryn Mawr Rehab.

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, The Greater Philadelphia Society of Clinical Hypnosis and The International Association of Chiefs of Police.

I serve as a consultant for Court Conciliation and Evaluation Services, as well as the Doylestown Township Police Department.

It is truly a privilege to be invited into the lives of others and explore with them in such a personal way.

It takes a great deal of courage to start the conversation, but once the first words are spoken, it is easy to remember what it means to be fully human.
